• The tank is heated by immersion heater under normal conditions the Temperature is controlled at 35deg.C or 100 deg.C. +-2deg. These Tanks are available in various sizes. Curing Tanks are also available with cooling arrangement.
• The Tank has been designed to accommodate 150 mm/70.6 mm cube Moulds & fully insulated, complete with hinged lid, heater, Digital temperature Controller & Circulated Pump.
• Provision of two removable racks allowing free circulation of water around each Mould. The pump, drain valves and electrical equipment are housed in a compartment located at one end of the tank.
• Electronic Digital Indicator cum controller instead of Energy Regulator.
• Rectangular Muffle Furnace 1000 deg. C Maximum temp. 1000 deg. C grooved refractory type, working temp. 900 deg.C heating is done by embedded heater run around the chamber & controlled by Energy Regulator, the outer body is made of thick mild steel duly painted. The app. Is complete with pyrometer. The thermocouple, two neon lights with wire & plug to work on 220V 1 ph. AC.(with silicon fibre insulation)

• Double walled, exterior is constructed from M.Steel finished in powder Coated Paint.
• With glass wool insulation between two walls. Inner wall made of Aluminium / Stainless Steel. Heating elements are placed in ribs of the bottom & sides for uniform heating having temp, range 5°C above ambient to 250°C .
• Air ventilator adjustable fitted on both sides provided with L shape thermometer fixed at front of the oven . temp, is controlled by thermostat with an accuracy of ±1°C fitted with main switch, pilot lamp, temp, controlling knob and supplied with perforated shelves and working on 220V 1 phase 50Hz A.C.
